90 Minute Natal + Timing Reading

Service Description

This session includes a 12 page write up that will be emailed to you before the session that we will go over together, detailing the planetary alignments at the time of your birth and what this suggests about who you are, your purpose, your vocation, relationships, and much more. This write up includes an explanation of what astrology is and how it works (in the way that I practice it), the chart, a break down and understanding of the moment of your birth, the elemental, directional, and gendered aspects that constellate who you are, a deep dive into your big three (sun, moon and rising) by decan, and a detailed chart reading by planetary house placement. This is something you will be able to hold on to and refer back to, as I’m sure your understanding of the reading will evolve with time. Once we’ve finished going over the birth chart, we will discuss your horoscope for the years ahead using perfection years, lunar secondary progressions, and planetary transits. Caveats I’ve studied and am most fluent in hellenistic astrology, and I know a little bit about modern psychological astrology as well. I use whole sign houses and traditional planetary rulerships, but am happy to look at modern rulerships as well if that’s what you’d prefer. Some of my techniques don’t work with other house systems, so if you’d like to use placidus, equal sign, Porphyry, or other house systems, I may not be the best astrologer for you. I do not practice horary or electional astrology and I don’t have the skills to do birth time rectification. I will not be able to answer questions with exact specificity or in a detailed manner. I believe that astrology is archetypally predictive and that it can help us to get a road map of major themes that may come up in our lives. My hope is that our time together will be a collaborative dialogue where I may offer the symbolic nature of what I see in the chart and you can let me know what does or does not resonate. You are the only authority on your own life. There are a myriad of ways that any particular configuration can play out, which is also largely dependent on cultural context. For instance, the hero's journey would be very different in Boston in 2024 than it would be in Rome in 100 BC, but the general temperament and characteristics of the hero are timeless, and this is the wisdom of mythology.
